Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Our Returns and cancellation policy is:

1/ For publications we will refund or replace any defective items or those damaged during delivery provided we are advised within seven days of dispatch.

2/ For experiences, a cancellation fee of £20 is payable if less than 48hr notice of cancellation is received.
